SHIPPING

At Regent Rituals, our team wants you to get your delivery quickly and safely.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours, but sometimes things can get a little busy so we ask for your patience during those times.
Your order will be packed and dispatched provided:

• The item you have chosen is in stock;
• The delivery address has been verified;
• Payment has been approved and received

If you are not at home, your order will be left in a safe place on the property.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping can take 2-8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. All deliveries are 100% Carbon Neutral.

Delivery times do not include dispatch times.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday during these times.
Please note if you are placing your order with Afterpay or Paypal - your order will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout after 5pm AEST.

All international orders are sent with Sendle and Australia Post.

Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country.
They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

All purchases delivered within Australia include 10% GST and exempt from further taxes and custom duties.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
All prices listed are in Australia Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee.
The final charge made to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.

Please note; to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.
