We hope you love all your items from Regent Rituals, but just in case you're not 100% happy with your purchase we have a returns policy in place. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your initial purchase, a refund or exchange won’t be given.

Regent Rituals will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. Customers will need to pay for their own return shipping.


  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Item(s) must remain unopened and in original packaging. 
  3. Item(s) must be unused, and returned in original condition/packaging.
  4. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging we may provide a partial refund.

Our customer support team will then provide return instructions and return delivery address. Please do not return your parcel without Regent Rituals’ approval.

Once you have shipped your return item(s), please send through the tracking link to

Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking status is 'delivered'.

Our team will inspect the item(s). We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately customised/monogrammed items will not be be eligible for a refund.


We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at along with evidence.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
