Incase you haven’t already noticed, we are all for self-care here at Regent Rituals. Self-care can fall under maaaany different categories. Perhaps your form of self-care is taking yourself outside to get some fresh air, or grabbing a coffee with your best girlfriend. Maybe you like to chill out and listen to music in the sunshine. Sometimes self-care can be as simple as brushing your teeth in the morning (iykyk). Whatever it may be, we feel it is so super important to practice some form of self-care each and every day. We know that sometimes it may be a struggle trying to implement self-care into your daily routine, which is why we wanted to share 5 of our faves when it comes to taking care of ourselves!
